Status Change - Application Process

 **Login to your profile first

1. Complete the online change of registration status
2. Upload proof of $5,000,000 Professional Liability Insurance
3. If you have practiced outside of Saskatchewan during your non-practicing period you will require a Letter of Good Standing from that jurisdiction.
4. The required fees (subject to change without notice): regular registration fee of $500 less $125 paid for non-practicing license 
   - $375.00 registration fees ($125 after October 1)
5. **PLEASE NOTE - until you receive confirmation from SCPT that we have processed your status change, you are still Non-Practicing.
